SnapPlan Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

SnapPlan is a local iPhone app. It photographs flyers, receipts, chats, and cards and uses Apple Intelligence on your device to suggest calendar events, reminders, contacts, and receipt totals.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data. SnapPlan does not operate an account system and does not run its own server for your photos, transcripts, or documents.

What stays on your iPhone

• Photos and screenshots you capture or share into the app
• On-device speech transcripts, if you use Voice Dump
• Extracted fields you review
• Events, reminders, and contacts you choose to commit, which are written to Apple Calendar, Reminders, or Contacts on this device

Apple Intelligence

Text extraction uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Models. Apple may process Apple Intelligence requests according to Apple’s own privacy policy. SnapPlan does not send your photos to a SnapPlan backend because none exists.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.
